Ideas for games at home: Catch the Ball
Do you get bored at home? The skill game Catch the Ball could help. In just a few minutes, the game can be built from materials that you usually have at home.
An idea from the https://farbkleckse.froebel.info/FRÖBEL Kindergarten Farbklecksehttps://farbkleckse.froebel.info/ in Hürth.
How it works:
The game is probably known to most people: you take the cup in your hand and try to catch the pearl with a little swing. Not so easy, is it?
And this is how you build a catch ball game:
Step 1: First, you put a hole in the bottom of the cup.
Step 2: Now you pull the (long) string into the hole and make a thick knot so the string can't come loose.
Step 3: At the other end of the string you attach the bead/ball.
You can colour the cup, if you like, for example like a flower:
Step 4: Place the cup on a coloured paper or cardboard, trace the cup and then paint flower petals around it.
Step 5: Cut the inner circle of the flower to create many small triangles.
Step 6: Now you can put the flower and the cup together. Afterwards the spikes are attached to the cup with adhesive tape.
