The centre has been newly built and we are still in the establishment stage. The current team consists of 11 educators and 1 centre manager, who will be looking after 60 children from more or less 1 year until the age of 6. The focus areas at the centre will be bilingual education, digital pedagogical work, as well as STEM and sustainability. Our centre is one of four centres at the site and is easily accessible be public transport or by car. As a company education and care service, the associated companies are AGROFERT and SKW. Our outdoor area is still under development and is put to the test every day. Due to the newly built facility, we are currently in the process of creating new educational areas and welcoming children and early childhood teachers and educators.

The starting date for this position would ideally be as soon as possible. The hours per week, as well as the duration of the employment contract depend on your qualifications and circumstances such as visa conditions. Ideal would be 35 hours per week.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Supporting all aspects of early childhood education and care in English or Spanish,
• Planning, implementing and documenting pedagogical processes and daily routines (as part of a team),
• Completing (or supporting according to experience and qualification) structured observation and documentation of the children’s development and educational processes,
• Developing successful cooperation with parents.

Do you fulfil the following requirements?

• Are you a native speaker of English or Spanish, or do you speak English or Spanish at native level C2?
• Are you in the process of learning German and have achieved level B2?
• Are you a state-certified educator (staatlich anerkannnte*r Erzieher*in) or do you have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Maestra/-o de educación infantil?
• Are you passionate about working with children between 1 and 6 years of age?
• Are you interested in working as part of a team to develop and implement an in-house bilingual education concept?
