Fröbel Works Council

At Fröbel active employee representation is considered essential, and the works council is an important and responsible partner.

The regional works councils represent the interests of the Fröbel Group employees. Members of staff can contact members of the Works Council at any time for representation of their interests and concerns.

The Group works council is formed from the regional works councils of the regions West, Center and East. The Group works council is in close contact with the management of Fröbel Bildung und Erziehung gGmbH and are involved or consulted in important company decision-making processes.
